Akhil Choudhury

Akhil qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and specialises in Family Law and Private Client Law.

Akhil is Head of the Contentious Department and takes a pragmatic approach with his clients, getting the desired result. He will always attempt to resolve matters through negotiation whenever possible but will not shy away from court proceedings should it be required.

He is able to advise and deal with all areas of Private Client Law including Wills, Administration of Estates, Trusts, Tax Planning, Court of Protections and Lasting Powers of Attorney. His Head of Department for his Non-Contentious work is Brian Bowser.
