John Fellows

John qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 1989 and has worked with the company as a consultant since 2015 dealing with Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation.

John has vast experience over many years of acting for individuals and companies and can help with a wide range of disputes, such as employment law from initial advice to settlement agreements and tribunals, contractual disputes from debt recovery to more complex commercial matters, landlord and tenant issues such as possession proceedings and disputes about commercial leases, partnership disputes, claims about inheritance and wills, and disputes between neighbours over boundaries and other issues.
